It's a rainy baking day

It's going to be a rainy day and that means it's a good day to bake those apple bars I want to make, so it's a rainy baking day.   Here are some rainy baking pictures.

Here is my Grandma's recipe for Danish Apple Bars.  We aren't Danish, but Finnish.  Close enough -they are awesome. I am going to make 2 pans so I have enough to bring to my sister's weekend and some to eat now and some to leave at home for the boys.  Gotta go to the store.
